Bogart, aka “Bo”, is a fellow that’s so glad ARF came along. He was surrendered as a stray who had been injured by a car and just didn’t know where to turn. Enter ARF’s angels! Lots of love in foster care, attention from a wonderful vet team to fix his broken toes, and time to just heal, has resulted in a happy and fun-loving dog. Bo is bold and beautiful and ready to find his forever people that will help him learn, explore, and play. He is housetrained and loves his crate.

Bo fancies himself as a large lap dog, never missing an opportunity to get up and cuddle. He is continuing to learn doggie manners, and is looking for a patient adopter that will help him by using positive training methods only. He is living in foster care with another dog whom he gets along with, but would also be satisfied to be the only pet in the home. Bo is a bit too curious about cats at the moment, and does love to chase them, so we think a kitty-free adoptive home might be best for all. Because Bo is a large fella and full of energy, dog-savvy family members are at the top of his wish list, especially those that will enjoy participating in Bo’s training experiences.

Bo is a handsome young devil, and is itching to interview for his new family! He has tested negative for heart worm and will be neutered, vaccinated & microchipped by January 14th. This guy has been through so much in his short life so far but has an immeasurable amount of love to give that special someone!
