Hi there hoomans! My name’s Roa (pronounced Row-ah) and boy am I excited to meet the world! They say I’m a bit of a ‘looker’, and not to brag but I think they might be right. Please know that I’m also smart as a whip and have the typical puppy energy of a happy youngster. I’m looking forward to participating in all the positive-based fun training that will help me learn new skills and doggy manners.

I’m rockin’ it in foster care and am enjoying the company of 2 people, a resident pooch, and a couple of feline friends. I will confess that I find the kitties very interesting and sometimes want to chase them a bit, but a dog-savvy cat in my forever home would figure me out pretty quickly. I’ve learned daily routines, from sleeping in my comfy crate when the folks go out for short periods, to knowing how to request a trip outside for a potty break. All of this takes continued practice of course, but a couple of things that I DO like to practice all the time is my couch cuddles and tail wags.

There’s sooo much more good stuff that I want to share with you about myself when we meet! I’m all set to do that because I’ve been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and have tested negative for heart worm. Do you have a spot in your heart that you’re trying to fill with a furry and fun companion?
