Lucy is a very smart gal and is as quick to learn as she is on her feet!  She thrives on mastering new skills and enjoys keeping her mind and body engagedI  Lucy loves to show off her smarts and her athletic abilities, too.  If there were an Olympic sport for squirrel chasing, Lucy would take home the gold medal!  This talented girl is always on the alert for any furry little critters daring to cross her path.  She loves playing with her ball and spending times outdoors, exploring every tree, bush and backyard perimeter in search of adventure so a fenced yard is on the top of her list!

Lucy has a zest for life and a strong strong sense of enthusiasm! She will benefit from continued leash training – especially when something exciting catches her eye or when she passes another dog on walks.  Lucy is looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can help her remain focused with consistency, positive training and a good sense of humour!  Lucy knows her basic commands and is completely crate trained.  She needs slow introductions to new people but once that bond is formed, watch out!  Her humans will be lathered with Lucy’s love language – lots of KISSES, cuddles and affection!

Lucy has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and is on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.  She requires a renal diet to keep her kidneys happy and healthy as well as easy and quick access to the outdoors for potty breaks.  Lucy may need a bit of extra care and understanding but will give her whole heart in return!
