Basil might have been what we call a “foster fail” but I wouldn’t call anything about him a failure! He is such a good boy who loves his people so much. His two favourite places are snuggled up with him mom in bed, and running around outside with his doggy siblings (residents and fosters). He’s sweet, smart, and sometimes a bit goofy. I couldn’t imagine him being anywhere else.
